Exclusive! “Rubina and I cannot work on a project together because we are two different people when it comes to thoughts and there could be a problem with working together” – Abhinav Shukla

MUMBAI: Abhinav Shukla is a well-known television star who rose to fame with his stint in Bigg Boss Season 14, where he was considered one of the most dignified players of the game.

Post that, he was seen in the reality show Khatron Ke Khiladi, where he did all the stunts and faced his fears.

Tvmag got in touch with the actor and asked him to throw some light on his next project, and whether he and Rubina would work together or not.

Can you throw some light on your next project?

I am writing something that is taking some time to complete. I am not like a true writer who starts writing and then sticks with it for 3-4 months. I wrote something, and then for one year I didn’t work on it, but now once again I am working on it and hopefully, it should be completed soon.

Will we ever see you and Rubina together in a show as leads?

To be honest, no. I don’t think the two of us can work together in a fictional show as we are very different people when it comes to the thinking processes, and we would keep fighting. Like there was a project which we worked on together, where I was a director. But then it was tough because we didn’t agree on many things, and would have problems. So it’s better that we don’t work together.

As a couple, do the both of you discuss with each other before signing on for a project?

Absolutely, we have a very healthy relationship. As actors and as partners, we do influence each other and discuss our projects with each other, and we do value each other’s suggestions and thoughts. I discuss each project with her and so does she.
