Didi Tera Deewar Deewana gets a ‘Blockbuster Twist’ on DID Li’l Masters

MUMBAI: Zee TV’s popular dance reality show DID Li’l Masters has been entertaining audiences week-on-week with some ‘Blockbuster’ performances by its talented contestants. As the competition gets more and more intense, the top 8 contestants are pulling out all the stops to present pathbreaking performances and impress everyone with their scintillating moves. This weekend, the show will take the viewers down memory lane as the versatile actors Madhuri Dixit and Renuka Shahane grace the stage of DID Li’l Masters to promote their upcoming Marathi movie ‘Bucket List’.

During the course of the episode, contestant Soorya’s father narrated his dream and expressed his wish of recreating the magic of Madhuri’s iconic song ‘Didi Tera Dewar Deewana’ along with her. Adding a fun twist to the tale, Soorya’s father requested Madhuri to pose as Salman Khan and asked Jay Bhanushali to drape a saree and don the look of Madhuri from the movie. If this wasn’t enough, judge Siddharth Anand decided to take fun to the next level by playing a prank and asked Madhuri to aim a tomato at Jay with a slingshot instead of a flower. As the act unfolded, it left everyone in splits and sparked cheers and laughter in the crowd.


Apart from shaking a leg with the contestants and sharing some fun moments with them, Madhuri Dixit also shared some anecdotes and recalled experiences of shooting for her iconic songs. The diva also celebrated her birthday in the company of DID Li’l Master contestants and judges by cutting a cake. Overwhelmed by the gesture, Madhuri thanked everyone for the sweet surprise before she made an exit.
